It was great to be back at 34 Bloomsbury for the Pillars panel. Alix Caiger guided the session with lots of thoughtful questions as Lorraine Copes, Harrison Hide, Holly Arnold, and I discussed each of our respective specialisms—wellness, ED&I, PR and storytelling, sustainability and the Triple Bottom Line— in relation to the future of hospitality.
