As is standard practice for UK professional consultancies, Bold Green Strategies operates on an annual service delivery model.

Annual Operational Calendar

To maximise availability, the practice synchronises its internal operational windows with the UK statutory and academic calendars. The practice observes a fortnight during each of the following periods.

  • Spring: Encompassing the Easter Bank Holiday period.

  • Summer: Encompassing the August Bank Holiday period.

  • Winter: Encompassing the Christmas and New Year period.

Regulatory Compliance

Bold Green Strategies upholds professional codes of conduct and standards. The consultancy maintains full autonomy over its schedule. These standards are published to ensure regulatory clarity and support our commitment to maintaining an independent, Outside IR35 consultancy structure.

Capacity & Scheduling

To ensure effective resource management, these operational windows remain fixed. Understandably, where project dependencies or external inputs are delayed client-side, workstreams are resumed and rescheduled in priority order at the next available operational window. This approach allows the consultancy to manage its retained capacity across all active projects; delays to inputs do not result in the compression of subsequent project phases or increased operational hours.

Fee Structure & Retainers

Our retainer fees represent a 1/12th instalment of the total annual service value. This amortised structure provides a fixed monthly cost and accounts for all scheduled non-operational periods and statutory bank holidays.

Correspondence received during these periods will be addressed upon the resumption of business.
