  • Our Signature Service

At Bold Green Strategies, we take a creative approach to strategy building with our clients using our Sustainability Fantasy Wishlist approach, and creating a roadmap that hits all the legislation and reporting targets but is punctuated with initiatives to keep things exciting. Think impact campaigns, unique training programmes, and inspiring collaborations.

Our Signature Service includes all of the stages listed in this section, but it is flexible - just let us know what your vision is for your business.

To find out more, take a look at our process here.

  • We are the technical engine behind London’s most prestigious events and iconic spaces. Our work within the hospitality sector sets the gold standard for ‘quietly green"‘luxury.

As the hardest hitter in this category, we specialise in de-risking high-stakes tenders and securing Tier 1 Supplier status. We provide the technical ESG data and operational rigour required to satisfy the most stringent Approved Supplier List (ASL) requirements, making your business the definitive choice for elite contracts.

From achieving 100+ point B Corp scores to delivering our unique Carbon Literacy training for Unique Venues of London (UVL) members, we provide the verification that drives growth.

Whether you are optimising a supply chain with United Fresh or utilising our Sustainability Fantasy Wishlist approach to transform your operations, we bring the entire industry ecosystem under one roof.

  • We provide strategic sustainability for world-class landmarks and cultural institutions, offering a rare insider perspective built on over a decade of experience within major institutional departments.

Our approach spans the entire fabric of the organisation—from collections and research to live programming—ensuring sustainability is core to the mission rather than just front-of-house operations.

This includes our accredited Carbon Literacy courses specifically for Museums and Heritage Organisations.

We specialise in aligning institutional funding with climate accountability, providing discrete, research-led guidance and ethical due diligence to protect your reputation amid deep scrutiny. From technical advisory for permanent installations and AV production to deep dives into the granular supply chain for institutional retail, we translate dry data into authentic narratives that resonate with high-value stakeholders and global audiences.

  • Technical expertise to unlock complex planning and design.

Led by our ARB-registered and RIBA-chartered Director, we provide the professional design leadership and technical reporting required to move projects from concept to site. We speak the language of both local authorities and luxury design.

    • Planning & Energy Statements: Providing the robust sustainability reports and carbon calculations required to de-risk and approve "live" planning applications.

    • Lead Architect Services: Full RIBA Stage delivery, from initial feasibility and sketches to onsite project management.

    • Retrofit & Heritage Specialist: Expert technical guidance on sensitive upgrades for listed buildings and high-end residential assets.

  • Technical authority to de-risk live applications and address complex planning requirements.

Unlike standard consultancies, our reports are led by a RIBA-chartered and ARB-registered Architect. We provide the professional architectural oversight required to ensure your sustainability strategy is a robust, policy-aligned component of the submission, designed to meet the specific scrutiny of local authorities.

    • Sustainability Statements: We produce the detailed, technical statements required for "live" planning applications, ensuring borough-specific SPD principles are addressed with professional rigour.

    • Planning Rectification: We specialise in stepping in when a previous submission has been flagged as non-compliant or has failed to meet policy requirements. We audit existing data, identify gaps, and provide the technical reporting needed to move the project forward.

    • The London Plan & Local SPDs: We provide the precise carbon calculations, Circular Economy Statements, and Whole Life-Cycle Carbon Assessments required to meet the stringent criteria of the London Plan and individual borough policies.

    • Architect-to-Architect Integration: We act as a technical bridge between the lead architect, the developer, and the planning officer—ensuring sustainability measures are integrated into the design logic rather than just added as an afterthought.

  • In the luxury sector, sustainability is a core component of brand allure and long-term value.

We act as discreet partners to founders, creative directors, and CEOs, ensuring their sustainability journey is as refined and authentic as the products they offer.

Our role is to provide the technical authority required for Tier 1 status within global luxury portfolios, delivering the audit-ready data and strategy required for B Corp, the Positive Luxury Butterfly Mark, and high-stakes tenders.

By bridging the gap between ESG performance and narrative excellence, we provide a ‘quietly green’ approach that protects a brand’s reputation while enhancing its prestige.

From granular materiality deep-dives into the provenance of rare textiles to high-level fractional counsel, we ensure your commitments are both compelling and beyond reproach in an increasingly scrutinised market.

  • By calculating and analysing your carbon footprint, and creating your Carbon Reduction Plan, we will work with you to set, track, and achieve reductions.

Using the key dates set by the UN’s Race To Net Zero campaign, we will aim to halve your emissions by 2030, and reach global net zero by 2050 using both long and short term targets.

  • Certifications are great frameworks to adopt as you green your processes. They are a brilliant recognition of your achievements, and they also keep you accountable.

We can oversee the process, and assist you in producing the supporting evidence.

Using a combination of gap analysis and policy writing, we can get you certified, and maintain your scores between re-certifying.

These include but aren’t limited to: B Corp, Positive Luxury Butterfly Mark, ISO 14001 / 20121 / 26000, Planet Mark, the Food Made Good rating (Sustainable Restaurant Association - SRA)

  • Sustainability discourse is tricky enough at the best of times.

Using The Carbon Literacy Project and Climate Fresk frameworks, we can support your teams, and get them up to speed to keep moving the conversation forward.

We can create online onboarding modules so employees can confidently relay company culture and policies, and also curate team training days with a twist. Think foraging, bat walks, beach cleans, and recycling workshops. We can also get you all the intel on sustainability-focused events and exhibitions.

  • At Bold Green Strategies, we use corporate GRI Standards and the CDP Climate Disclosure Framework for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises to produce sustainability reporting for businesses.

Secure your annual report so that you can claim full transparency for all your stakeholders.

Reports are used as comparison tools and are essential to creating reduction strategies as we look to achieve Net Zero.
