Anj co-leads Bold Green Strategies and brings with him a specialism in sustainable materials and technology from his career as an architect.

His portfolio features several award-winning projects, including Victoria Wharf, which won two awards and was shortlisted in the Architects Journal for Housing Project of the Year.

His career has focused on the adaptive reuse of existing buildings from towers in Canary Wharf to the sensitive conservation of listed townhouses on Denmark Street and Soho Square.

He has extensive experience achieving environmental accreditation, including BREEAM, LEED, Nabers UK, WELL and Lifecycle Carbon Assessment (LCA).

A skilled presenter and workshop leader, Anj is adept at communicating complex ideas through compelling storytelling.

His unique perspective— combining the built environment and sustainability—illuminates the interconnectedness of people, places, and planet, something he advocates for as a coach and mentor of early career architects.

Anj is an ARB-registered Architect and chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
